Systematic approach to leveraging your business strategy
This module sets the scene, establishing a clear definition on what it
means to think strategically and nurture a strong commercial mindset. It
covers the broad and inter-related areas of connecting company
strategy, structure, vision/mission and values and how to support
business execution with informed decision making.
2. MACRO MARKET OVERVIEW
Understanding external influences to benefit decision-making
Business decisions are influenced by internal and external factors. This
module focuses on building a strong “outside-in” view of the world and
how macro factors impact a company’s direction and how they operate.
3. THE ART DATA OF STORYTELLING
Improve business knowledge and the ability to convey financial insights
If strategic direction and culture is at the core of a healthy organisation,

and inform decision making.

5. BUSINESS PARTNERING TOOLKIT

In this module, you will be introduced to tools such as the Partnering

coaching, advising and partnering.
6. DELIVERING AND MEASURING YOUR VALUE
Key drivers necessary for strategic success
